Mark More…
MHS Class of 1991 will hold its 30th Class Reunion over the June 11-13 weekend. There are many community events going on this weekend and we will organize some activities to coincide with them.
FRIDAY NIGHT, JUNE 11th will be our main event, a gathering at the (tentative) Riverfront Red Brick Building. There's a hundred or so bucks in the class fund and we will gladly accept donations to help rent the space and maybe buy a keg or two. Please make anonymous donations to @muscatine1991 via PayPal.
No formal dinner or other events are planned. If you want to plan something else, we will gladly share the details here.
This is the weekend to come see your family, old friends and your old haunts, but no tight schedule or expensive stuff.
Come back to Muscatine!! Or, if you're still here, Get out of the house!!
Classmate and local business owner, Jennifer Williams, is taking the lead in organizing this reunion and she is working on some deals for stays at the Merrill and some other items as well. More updates to come.

MHS Class of 1991 will hold its 30th Class Reunion over the June 11-13 weekend. There are many community events going on this weekend and we will organize some activities to coincide with them.
FRIDAY NIGHT, JUNE 11th will be our main event, a gathering at the Riverfront Red Brick Building (confirmed). There's a hundred or so bucks in the class fund and we will gladly accept donations to help rent the space and a keg from local brewery, Contrary Brewing. Please make anonymous donations to @muscatine1991 via PayPal. There will be at least two food truck vendors present so please come hungry and support the local businesses!! We are still working on other beverage options.
Classmate and local business owner, Jennifer Williams, is taking the lead in organizing this reunion and she has worked out a package deal with the Merrill Hotel that can be booked up to two weeks before the event (subject to room availability) and some other items as well. The Merrill is amazing and the salt water pool is very cool.
No formal dinner or other big events are planned, but there are a lot of local activities that weekend; so, if you want to plan something, we will gladly share the details here. Examples: the Muscatine Farmers Market will happen on Saturday morning- perhaps a group would like to meet up there for cowboy coffee? Or the Second Sunday Summer Concert Series on Sunday night at 6 (covid19 permitting)? And of course the Brew will probably have live music Saturday night. You know this town; it has a lot of great opportunities to gather and reminisce about the good ol' days of the 80's!!
This is the weekend to come see your family, old friends and your old haunts, but no tight schedule or expensive stuff.
