CLANCY, Montana — Marc A. Jorgensen, 44, passed away Oct. 3, 2016, doing what he liked best, fly fishing on the Missouri River.

Marc was born Sept. 14, 1972, in Killeen, Texas, the son of Pam Pickering and Rick Jorgensen.

He graduated from Muscatine High School in 1991. He received his culinary degree from the Seattle Art Institute, Seattle, Washington.

He was the general manager and chef at the Legal Tender Pub and Bistro in Clancy.

He was united in marriage to Erinn Lowry on Sept. 5, 2003, in Muscatine.

He enjoyed fly fishing on their family outings and with his buddies, Kent Coe and Mike Churchill, both of Helena, Montana.

He will be forever missed by his wife, Erinn; daughter, Emma; son, Wilson all of Clancy; mother, Pam Panther-Pickering and step-father, Grant Pickering of Muscatine; father, Rick Jorgensen and step-mother, Carey Jorgensen of Bettendorf; sister, Jessica Myra and husband, Greg of Glendale Heights, Illinois; aunts and uncles, Allan Jorgensen and wife, Jan, Kathi Morgan and husband, Doug all of Muscatine, Jon Jorgensen and wife, Ardie of Florida, Colleen Nichols of Moscow, Iowa, Becky Jorgensen of Muscatine, David Panther of Seattle, Kathy Kundert, Seattle, Tim Panther and wife, Nancy of Muscatine, Lori Panther of Boston, David Roberson, Boston; and many cousins, nieces and nephews; father-in-law, Dwain Lowry; sister-in-law, Michelle Gorman and husband, Rod of Southern Pines, North Carolina; brother-in-law, Jon Lowry and wife, Tana, Kalispell, Montana.

Preceded in death by his grandparents, Mary and Ken Jorgensen, and Gene and Wilma Panther, and uncle, Gae Nichols.
